You have to go the State Parks department to have a visual check of the Hull
number. On a home built, they inspect for safety and that you ahve all the
equipment necessary. Pay them $15.00 (based on value) and you get a temp
permit immediately, and your numbers come in the mail about 6 weeks later.
Any State park with an office can do the inspection and take the paper work.
